Can I request a webshop account?
If you have a business and wish to purchase pottery, basketwork, zinc and/or decorative items to sell, you can apply for a webshop account.
I have requested a webshop account, when do I receive access to the webshop?
We will try to confirm the acceptance of your account request within 2 working days. If your request is accepted, you will get an email which will tell you how to activate your account. To make sure you receive the email, we recommend you add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address list.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value depends on your delivery address. After accepting your web shop account we will email you the login details and we will inform you of your minimum order value.
What are the shipping costs?
We don't charge shipping costs. We do work with minimum order values.
How can I pay?
If you place an order with us, you will receive an email with the invoice via your office staff. If no email address is available for the invoice, the invoice will be sent by regular mail. The payment term is stated on the invoice.
When will my order be delivered?
After you have placed your order, your office staff will check when the order can be delivered. The delivery date will be stated on the order confirmation.
You can indicate a preferred delivery date when placing your order. We will of course do our best to deliver on time. However, if this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative delivery date with you.
The item I want to order is not in stock. When will I be able to order the item?
Items that are not in stock cannot be purchased via the webshop. Just call your personal sales assistant. He or she will be able to provide you with more information on when the item will again be in stock and place a back order if possible.
I would rather make a personal appointment, is that possible?

I am a consumer, where can I buy your products?
At Mega Collections we only trade business to business. Unfortunately we cannot see in our sales system whether a product is in stock at any particular store. You can find products from Mega Collections at retailers such as garden centers and DIY stores.
Mega Collections products are also sold online.
